23MAURITIUS GOVERNMENT RAILWAY EDMONDSONS: Four (the earliest being dated 1914), plus 16 severed halves: also South Africa (pre-Union): two from NZASM, plus Cape Govt Rys (2 severed halves), Natal Government Rys (1, plus 3 severed halves): Post-Union 3 severed halves titled “ZAS”, which date from 1910 onwards, and three later SAR examples, all marked “Specimen”. 25BR(S) 3rd class Sgl Dover Priory to Shakespeare Cliff Halt issued in the early 1950s. The halt has fallen into disuse since completion of the Channel Tunnel in 1994. 450OAHU RAILWAY & LAND Co selection of four Edmondson sized card tickets issued and dated in the early 1930s by rubber stamp on the backs from Aira, Ewa Mill, Honolulu (2-1 to Ewa Mill, the other to Pearl City), plus an undated example from Pearl Harbor Fuel Station. A narrow gauge (3ft) sugar cane line opened in 1889 and closed in September 1946 following the severe tsunami devastating much of the Hawaiian Islands.
