| London & South Western Railway. A second class single from Hampton to Twickenham issued in 1864. Hampton lay on the Thames Valley Railway, worked by the LSW from its opening on 1 November 1864 and nominally independent until its absorption on 1 January 1867. The LSW stopped printing destination numbers on tickets in 1866/7. (See also Lot 406) |
